The holidays are officially coming to Starbucks. The coffee chain has confirmed that its 2026 holiday menu launches on Thursday, 5 November, bringing back fan-favourite festive drinks alongside brand-new flavours, seasonal treats and collectible merchandise. Starbucks has also announced the date for its much-loved Red Cup Day. Here’s everything you need to know.

Returning Holiday Drinks

Several classic holiday drinks are back for the season:

  • Peppermint Mocha: the chocolate-and-peppermint favourite that defines the season for many fans
  • Caramel Brulée Latte: espresso with rich caramel brulée flavour and a crunchy topping
  • Sugar Cookie Latte: blonde espresso with sugar cookie syrup and milk, finished with red and green sprinkles
  • Gingerbread Chai: chai with oat milk over ice, topped with non-dairy gingerbread cold foam

New Drinks for 2026

This year’s biggest new addition is a dessert-inspired lineup. Starbucks is debuting the Tiramisu Velvet range, inspired by the classic Italian dessert, including a Tiramisu Velvet Latte, available hot or iced, and a Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew.

For something lighter, the new Apple Pomegranate Refresher combines apple flavour with popping pomegranate-flavoured pearls for a bright, fruity option.

Holiday Food Menu

The bakery case is getting a festive refresh too. New items arriving on 5 November include the Bearista Cake Pop, inspired by the popular Bearista Glass Cold Cup, a new Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese and the Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich with a new recipe. Returning favourites include the Cranberry Bliss Bar, Snowman Cookie and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish.

When Is Red Cup Day 2026?

Red Cup Day returns on Tuesday, 17 November. On that day, customers who buy any handcrafted holiday beverage at participating stores will receive a free collectible, reusable holiday cup, while supplies last. Starbucks hasn’t revealed this year’s cup design yet, so fans will have to wait a little longer to see it.

Holiday Merchandise and Bearista Cups

Collectors have plenty to look forward to. On 5 November, Starbucks launches three holiday merchandise collections: the Holiday Bearista collection, featuring bear-themed drinkware, a plush keychain and accessories; the Holiday Village collection, inspired by Starbucks’ Seattle roots and original Pike Place store; and a Peppermint Mocha collection with retro-inspired cups and tumblers. More drops follow later in the month and into December.
