Starting October 26, a pizza order can come with blocky packaging, in-game cosmetics and a chance at a free copy of Minecraft Dungeons II.

Minecraft has always been a world built from cubes, and Domino’s has decided its pizza can be one too. The pizza chain is launching a limited-time partnership with Minecraft Dungeons II. It starts on October 26 and offers themed packaging, unlockable digital rewards and one of the biggest game giveaways a fast-food brand has run this year.

For players who already order pizza during long gaming sessions, the deal adds something extra to an ordinary meal.

The Pizza at the Center of It All

The promotion is built around the Domino, a personal-sized, Detroit-style pizza with a parmesan crust, cut into two rectangular halves. Its squared-off shape already looks like it belongs in Minecraft, so it was an easy pick for the collaboration.

In the United States, each Domino arrives in one of six collectible Minecraft Dungeons II boxes. The designs feature familiar faces and creatures from the game:

  • Creeper
  • Corrupted Creeper
  • Zombie
  • Pig
  • Valorie
  • Prime Enchanter

The boxes will be available from October 26, 2026, through January 10, 2027, or until stock runs out. There is a catch for collectors, though. You can’t pick which box you get. Anyone hoping to collect all six will need to order several times or trade with friends.

Digital Loot for Domino’s Rewards Members

The physical boxes are only half the story. Domino’s Rewards members who order a qualifying Domino online can unlock one of three exclusive cosmetic items for Minecraft Dungeons II:

  • Domino’s Skin
  • Slice Slayer Cape
  • Cheesy Cube Pet

Each order unlocks one item at random, so there is no way to choose a favorite. Codes can be traded between players, which helps anyone trying to complete the set. These items are cosmetic only and give no gameplay advantage.

Domino’s also plans to give its order tracker a Minecraft Dungeons II-themed redesign. Full details on that feature have not been shared yet.

20,000 Free Copies Up for Grabs

The biggest draw may be the giveaway. From October 26 to November 4, Domino’s will hand out 2,000 digital copies of Minecraft Dungeons II every day, which adds up to 20,000 copies over the ten-day window.

To enter in the U.S., customers need to buy a qualifying Domino pizza and upload proof of purchase on the brand’s promotion page. Prizes are for the Standard Edition on PC and Xbox, which retails for $29.99.

Buying a pizza only gives you a chance to win, not a guaranteed code. It is a nice bonus if you were ordering anyway, but it is a poor reason to order pizza just to get the game.

A Global Rollout With Local Twists

The partnership isn’t limited to the U.S. It is expanding to 19 international markets, including Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Germany, France, Spain, Brazil, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Taiwan and Turkey.

The offer will differ from country to country. Some markets will use their own qualifying pizzas, sides or meal bundles. Others will swap the collectible boxes for printed sleeves, toppers or code cards.

China has its own version of the campaign. It features five limited-time pizzas and five collectible boxes inspired by mobs from MyWorld, the Chinese edition of Minecraft. The designs include the Creeper, Pig, Villager, Zombie and Bee.

Why This Partnership Makes Sense

Brand tie-ins with games are common, but this pairing fits better than most. Minecraft is one of the best-selling video games ever made, and its fans span every age group. The Domino’s square shape already resembles a Minecraft block, so the match feels natural rather than forced. Collectible packaging, random rewards and code trading also echo the way players collect loot in the game itself.

For Domino’s, the campaign is a chance to get its newest menu item in front of millions of players during the busy holiday season. For players, it is an easy way to pick up some exclusive cosmetics with dinner.
